Le Grand-Prix Hassan II est un tournoi de tennis professionnel masculin de l'ATP Tour. Il a été nommé ainsi en honneur de l'ancien roi du Maroc Hassan II, décédé en 1999.

La première édition remonte à 1984.

Il se dispute sur terre battue à Casablanca, au Maroc. Il a lieu tous les ans pendant la dernière semaine d'avril au Complexe Al Amal de Casablanca. Il est doté de 302 000 €.

Le Grand-Prix Hassan II est le seul tournoi professionnel de l'ATP Tour à se jouer sur le continent africain.
